The customer may withdraw from a contract concluded via the VTT Industriebedarf GmbH homepage within 7 days of delivery without giving reasons. This period shall be deemed to have been observed if the customer declares the revocation in writing or by e-mail and returns the goods (date of posting).
The goods must be returned at the customer's expense to the following address:

The right of withdrawal can only be exercised in a legally effective manner if the goods are returned unused, undamaged, complete and in unopened original packaging. Upon receipt of the goods returned in the described condition, VTT shall reimburse the customer for the value of the goods.
Shipping costs already incurred cannot be refunded, remain owed.
